During the year, along with our normal opening hours, the Battery hosts Special Event Days at the Museum site and the surrounding grounds.

The Event Days are always very popular and provide a good day out for any visitors.

Special Event Days are on a Sunday and we are open from 11am to 4pm.  All of the site is open during the Event Days, there are tours of the grounds, tunnels, gun floors, living history displays, weapons talk with blank firing, visiting groups and military vehicles in attendance.  Volunteers will be in period dress.
